Jury’s statement - Nodi:
The building demonstrates how an efficient and flexible office block can be both robust and elegant. The exposed timber frame and the cantilevered floors create character and give the site a clear identity. The building’s distinctive silhouette stands out even from a distance. The tall ground floor invites visitors in and helps to create a lively space. Internally, the palette of materials and colours is limited so as not to pull focus from the overall experience. Installations are carefully placed and given the subordinate status they should have in an interior. An extra plus point for the stylish signage.
