On 20 and 21 November 2024, the sawmill industry and their customers will once more come together at the Wood Market in Karlstad.
On 16 and 17 November, the wood industry will once more be meeting in Karlstad, in a tradition that dates back over 50 years. Like the past few years, 2022 has been an exciting time for the industry on many fronts, so we are particularly looking forward to seeing everyone in person again in Karlstad. This year the main focus is on topical forestry issues and the market for sawn wood products. Swedish Wood is organising a seminar on November 17, no registration required. On November 16, our exhibition is open.

The Swedish Wood Award, an architectural prize administered by Swedish Wood, is one of the nation’s largest and most widely known architectural competitions. The Swedish Wood Award 2020 received a total of 130 entries. Of these, the jury has visited over 40 buildings and drawn up a shortlist of 12 nominees.
