NUDE coat stand, a Red Dot Award Best of the Best winner, is inspired by the traditional Chinese Luban lock originated from several thousand years ago. Six rods are locked spirally together by the mortise and tenon joint structure. The coat stand is very functional and decorative.
In collaboration with East Design Show, Swedish Wood exhibited furniture in Swedish wood at East Design Show, at China International Furniture Fair (CIFF) in Shanghai on September 11th – 14th 2017. Swedish Wood displayed over 30 pieces of contemporary furniture by Swedish and Chinese designers.
